Individual Sessions
In an individual Yoga session you get to express your goals to your Yoga teacher Sevel. Based on her assement and on your goals, Sevel will customize the course of your Yoga practice. She will explain and demonstrate each pose; adjust you if necessary; modify poses so you get the full benefits of the poses.
Group classes
If you want to get the best out of your Yoga class, you can gather some friends, co-workers and/ or family members together for a private session at the convience of your home or at your office. You get to practice with the people you know and you are comfartable with. You will get more attention from your Yoga teacher, you will get more adjustments than in a regular yoga class; you will accomplish your goals faster.

we are available to teach your company or governmental department to help increase productivity, improve concentration, decrease stress, and retain employees.
Yoga for Kids
Children are under a lot of stress. Homework, pressure to compete with other children, endless after-school activities, over-scheduling - it all adds up. And just like their parents, kids today are turning to Yoga to help them relax.
Children who practice Yoga develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination.
They carry these skills beyond class and
into their daily routines.
Yoga has also been shown to help the hyperactive and attention-deficit child. These children crave movement and sensory/motor stimulus. Yoga helps channel these impulses in a positive way.
Yoga for Couples
Yoga for couples can be practiced with a friend, lover, gym or buddy. It can be practiced indoors, outdoors, in a group-- even on a beach. Partner Yoga is a new step in the evolution of yoga. we will show you how to achieve making contact for physical, emotional, and spiritual growth!

Absoulute Beginner I
If you have never attended a Yoga class, this would be perfect for you:
- You will get an introduction to the basics on Yoga poses
- You will learn more about the background and tradition of Yoga
- You will also be intruduced to meditation and yogic breathing
6 Pack Series are recommended for this option.
Beginner II
If you have already taken Yoga classes before, but you have special needs and have a hard time to follow a 90 minute Yoga Class this might be perfect to build up your strength and stamina.
- You will improve your alignment
- You will learn how to modify poses for your needs
- You will learn to focus on poses that would benefit you
Minimum of 6 Pack Series are recommended.
Restorative Yoga
This practice allows the body to fully relax by holding simple poses passively for extended periods of time. Restorative Yoga uses props like blankets, blocks, bolsters to help support the body while in a yoga pose which are held between 3 –5 minutes.
It is practiced in a warm quiet room where poses are held without muscle tension. This practice is deeply relaxing. |
