You will connect to our teachers through a messenger service of your choice below. Learning yoga with us will be fun and easy with clear audio and video.
Our instructors will guide you through your session with our enhanced learning program. Contact us through a messenger service to schedule a SmartSession. Afterwards, You can pay for your SmartSessions using Paypal.
PREPARING FOR YOUR WEBCAM SMARTSESSION
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Make sure your room is well lit for our teachers to see you clearly
Make sure you have enough space to practice.
Turn off televisions, radios, and other distractions
Mount your webcam so our teachers can see your whole body
Have a bottle of water handy
